From a fuse in a plug to a complete refurbishment, our team is on hand to ensure your property maintenance and improvements are met.  We don't sub-contract, all members of our team are directly employed by us and all their work is guaranteed by our company.

Time served bedroom/kitchen fitters are on hand to provide you with the dream kitchen you've always wanted.  All our kitchen and bedrooms are bespoke to your own personal taste and requirements and you won't see a flat pack in sight!  All our kitchens and bedrooms are designed in your home and are made in our own workshop shop so it doesn't matter about the size or shape of your room, we can fit it in!

As we have our own portfolio of rental properties, we are accutely aware of all Building Regulations and Landlord requirements and therefore understand better than more property maintenance companies the impact of properties not being in line with current Building Regulation guidelines and how the law always falls on the side of the tenant.  See our Landlord section.
